I am trying to remember. California is on pacific time zone. Cabo is mountain time zone and PV is central time zone.

I know the ship did adjust one hour from Pacific to Mountain, but all my cruises included Mazatlan which they no longer do so im unsure how they do it now. My guess is they still move the ship time from pacific to mountain time after Cabo. So both ports will be one hour off of ship time.

Best thing to do is ALWAYS keep your watch on ship time regaurdless of where you are so you know when its time to be back on board.
