Forward balcony cabin q.

For those that have sailed on the Allure/Oasis in the first balcony forward cabin was it really windy on the balcony? Looking at a picture of the ship when you see the forward oceanview windows it looks like their is a bit of a wall that might be there next to the balcony on the left to help block some of the wind.

 

Is this true? I.E Cabin 9532, 9132, 8530, 8130, 7530,7130,
