bluecookies Posted May 11, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2012 We will be leaving for our Oasis cruise in just about one week! My wife and I are really excited. We have three small children (3 years, 1 1/2 years and 5 months) we are leaving behind. In case we need to be contacted for an emergency we were going to leave our cell phones on, but I am afraid we will be getting all kinds of unnecessary calls and texts from people who don't know we will be gone giving us all kinds of communication charges! I can't seem to find detailed information on Royal Caribbeans site on how to call our ship/stateroom, whether they can leave a message, etc. Any advice? Tyler80 Posted May 11, 2012 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2012 Your friends and family can contact the ship by calling (888) 724-SHIP. Or from outside the U.S. they can call (732) 335-3285. The cost is $7.95 USD a minute and can be charged to their American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover® or Diners Club®. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply. You can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom, 24 hours a day. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and will be automatically charged to your SeaPass account. You can also use our onboard Internet Cafés, stateroom Internet connection, or Hot Spots to send an e-mail to your friends or family for a minimal fee.
