My wife found a waterproof 35 mm camera with a flash on the internet for about $100. I used it cave tubbing and while it did not help with the overall pictures of the caves, it did allow me to get some of the detail.

Ritz Cameras has the Sealife Sharkdiver reusable flash camera on sale for under $20. Refill cameras are on sale for under $10. I got mine for our snorkeling and cave tubing this weekend!

It's true, the pictures we took INSIDE the cave didnt come out all that well, but the pictues of us floating outside the cave and during the hike and the group picture of everyone when we first got in the water... well, priceless! :) I'd recommend getting the FUJI Water Camera and taking that along. That's what we took, and those pics that had enough light turned out great!
