Horseback Riding

I soooo wanna go horseback riding, but i see there is a 250lb weight limit....:(:( While i'm over 250lbs, i'm don't look it. I know them damn horses can hold more than that!!!

 

How would they determine if ur over 250lbs??

Sorry. Just don't do it. They set a limit in due consideration of the health of the horses. The rider's weight, fitness level of the rider and the horse, and several other factors come into play. For a more detailed discussion read this article.

 

If you are close enough to the weight limit I suppose a scale would tell the tale. Perhaps a rather embarrassing experience.
