I have spent 45 minutes total on hold with them (2 separate calls) trying to reach someone with no luck. I then went to their website to email them but no email is listed! This is absurd! Any suggestions on how to reach them? I know I have plenty of time to request a crib, but from what I've read the sooner the better. I'm getting frustrated! Is it always this hard to reach them?
