NCL customer service

I'm trying to get in touch with NCL to request a crib. (I booked online so do not have a travel agent.) I have spent 45 minutes total on hold with them (2 separate calls) trying to reach someone with no luck. I then went to their website to email them but no email is listed! This is absurd! Any suggestions on how to reach them? I know I have plenty of time to request a crib, but from what I've read the sooner the better. I'm getting frustrated! Is it always this hard to reach them? (Please say no )

If you still need help, or need assistance in the future, try Yonaiky Trujillo at email: YTrujillo@ncl.com. She has been a great contact for me. She may have to contact a representative on the ship for you, but will get it done, promptly.

Good luck!
