has anyone found an agency that will deliver a car to the pier? more specifically, on a Sunday, when Liberty of the Seas docks? I've found several that won't and worse, a lot aren't even open on Sunday

There are only a handful of car rental agencies in La Seyne, so you've pobably hit them all. We've been very happy with Europcar/National (they re-imbursed our taxi there, and dropped us back, after), but they're not open on Sundays.
