BelizeRays are the Best

On Tuesday last week we had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with the people of Belizerays... they are a top notch tour operator. From the guy in the office to the guys on the boat they do a great job. "Sunshine" was our host. We found the staff to be friendly and most eager to talk about their island. They have a beautiful boat. We left Belize City headed for the barrier reef at about 11:00 Belize time. We snorkeled for about 1 1/2 hours. They had 2 guys in the water at all times. The coral formations and fish were amazing. Then headed for a beautiful island resort for about an hour . Hammocks, water and lounge chairs. The resort was closed that day so we had it alll to ourselves. (20 people on the boat staff of 5). They supplied water/soda and beer. We were lucky enough to hook up with our friends who are in the Peace Corps stationed in Belize. They picked them up at a dif. location and were wonderful in making those arrangements. I haver e-mailed them twice about my cruise in September. They have not responded so I guess I will just book a ship excursion.
