Priceline Hotel in Vancouver

Has anyone tried booking a hotel in Vancouver on Priceline? If you have recently, which hotel are you getting? I need a hotel for post cruise on August 3-5. Thinking about trying Priceline for 4 star.

Good luck on that weekend - it's a holiday weekend in BC - BC day - it's Gay Pride final weekend and parade on the Sunday with 300,000+ people , it's fireworks competition finale on Saturday night with 300,000 people+ cruise ships in town - I am not familiar with Priceline and there ratings but if you use Hotwire and search Vancouver West you could get, the Sheraton Wall Center, Sutton Place, Hyatt, Westin Bayshore - all of which are at least 4 * properties.

 

Some of the other locals on these boards know the workings of Priceline betteer than i do and will likely be along soon with some other suggestions.

I am assuming you are bidding on Priceline and if so I would recommend you bid in the Vancouver - Downtown zone. Other hotels that use Priceline bidding and are at the 3.5*+ level and above include the Renaissance and the Marriott Pinnacle.
