Need local tour operators to take us from Monaco to St Paul De Vence and other towns

Was thinking of DIY from Monaco since we have from 9-7. Got some info from other folks from CC and think it might be too time consuming to take 2 buses from Monaco to St Paul de Vence. So now I am considering hiring a local tour operator to take us to St Paul, maybe Cannes, Eze or some other medieval charming towns that are hard to get to on your own. We have visited Monaco and Nice before so no need to include them. Any info on other DIY ways to see the Riviera or if you have names of local tour operators that are reasonable, please share your information. There are five of us.Thanks in advance.

We used Ingrid with Kultours for a tour from Villefranche last september. She was really good in our opinion. We had two other couples -- she took us to several towns including Nice, St. Paul du Vence, Eze, another quaint town and then a drive-though of Monaco. She stayed with us the whole time and was very fun and informative.

We used Revelation Tours while we were in port at Cannes. We met folks on our roll call to share the excursion with; there were 7 of us all together.

Our driver met us at the port and we went to Monte Carlo, Nice, Eze, and Saint Paul de Vence. We ate lunch at a nice cafe in Saint Paul.

The cafe was nice, we sat at a table outside, and our tour guide was our "interpreter". The lunch took much longer than I wanted, but that is the pace in Europe.

It was a perfect day, and our driver/guide was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. They know their way around, and when we hit traffic, our driver took side streets and maneuvered the van down the winding streets to get us back to the ship in plenty of time.

Our day in Saint Paul and Eze was one of my favorites! The little villages are just like what you see in paintings of the Mediterranean. Crooked cobblestone streets, bouganvilla growing on the walls, lanterns, cafes, pottery shops, bakeries. I would go back in a heart beat!

Have a wonderful time!

Yes, we just returned fom our Med. cruise and Ingrid was wonderful! We visited the old town of Nice, Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. She will customize the day to your time schedule and places of interest.

We were a group of six (her van will take 7 guests max) and we all enjoyed the day very much. She walked with us and was just delightful.

How about renting a car or van? If that's a possibility, I can provide details of our experiences with Hertz in Monaco--very easy, and roads in France tend to be in top shape, and well signposted.
