What? Carnival has more than one ship? ;) :D When you get to be my age, you tend to be set in your ways...

 

Seriously, when you go on the same ship three or four times a year, you get to know people, and they start to recognize you. Last time we went aboard, Tommy looked up, never missed a beat, and said "You back already?" as if we'd left the day before... and that's a good thing, so long as their memory of you is positive.

 

Yay! Hope to see Tommy on my upcoming cruise and have a déjà vu for old time's sake. I believe he is responsible for my live of Martinis :D

 

I'll let you know after the 11th if he's still there and when he's going on vacation.

We visited with Tommy last week on the Liberty. He will be on the Liberty until mid-May and then will return this summer on the Victory for his last contract with Carnival. He's retiring. Wonderful person and great bartender.
