Using taxi to/from horseshoe bay beach

HEY GUYS, I'LL BE IN MOORED IN KINGS WHARF AND WANT TO GO TO HORSESHOE BAY. WHAT WOULD THE TAXI FEE BE FOR THE ROUND TRIP?

 

I KNOW IT'S $2.25 PER MILE BUT CAN'T FIND HOW MANY MILES IS IN THIS TRIP. Hope someone can help!

The ballpark fare (one way) figure for 1 to 4 passengers is about $30.00 weekday travel before tip. But from your prior posts, I know you'll be in Bermuda on a Sunday. There is a 25% surcharge for taxi fares for Sunday travel. That will put you in a different ballpark of $35-40.

 

You are correct that the fare is $2.25 per mile BUT (big but) that is after the first mile which is $6.40.

 

BTW, the correct terminology is I'll be docked at King's Wharf not moored at King's Wharf. Moored means the cruise ship has anchor off the island and you will be tendered ashore.
