Excursion Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a private and/or semi private yacht type excursion in Grand Cayman that go's snorkeling and perhaps some beach time?

 

We had our heart set on going on the private luxury yacht excursion through Carnival, but they dont allow kids under 5. Our son is about 4 and a half, so we cannot book it. :(

 

We would like to find something similar to do.

He has a ton of good reviews on Trip Advisor, and for a private (just the four of us) full day tour, it was relatively cheap.

 

We are looking forward to it. I will report back after the trip.
