LEESRE Posted June 10, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2012 For anyone that has sailed on either Marina or Riviera could you tell me please if the steam and sauna are fee paying or are they FOC. Also do they have a female and male steam and sauna or are they co-ed. Thanks
JimandStan Posted June 10, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 10, 2012 There are separate facilities for men and for women, and there is no charge for either Steam Rooms or Sauna.

How about the new thalassotherapy pool? Is there a charge for the use of it? I got the impression that it was only for concierge class and above. We had access to one on a Celebrity cruise and I loved it. Am looking forward to a relaxing soak on our Riviera cruise in August.

As you say, open access to the Thalassotherapy Pool and the Spa Deck is complimentary for those passengers who are sailing in Concierge Cabins and above. LoveTheSouth Posted June 11, 2012 #7 Share Posted June 11, 2012 So, can those of us in the lower cabins not use it at all, or is there a fee? We are in a B3 veranda, hoping to get a reasonable upgrade offer to concierge level. Thanks for your help!
true45 Posted June 11, 2012 #8 Share Posted June 11, 2012 I called & asked Oceania about access since we will be in oceanview cabin -- they said $25/day for spa deck & pool.

That is probably a reasonable estimate, but the actual cost of a Pass to that deck is determined on a cruise by cruise basis by the Spa Manager. Passengers who have booked a Spa Treatment, are also granted access for an hour or two before and/or afterward........ it is a wonderful experience, don't miss it.
