Best way to change reservation

My girlfriends and I are in the process of planning an extended girls weekend on the Liberty in November.

We had initially booked 2 rooms, an oceanview and an adjacent inside room. One of of the girls had to back out so we would like to change to a large oceanview w/ a pullout couch. However I don't want to cancel my booking as I have RCI Visa points applied for OBC and for a free sailing, and I don't any issues with the points.

Is there any way to add the two girls to my reservation without them having to cancel and repay their deposit?

Did you book directly with RCI? If so, you can make the changes by calling RCI. If you keep your booking number, you should not lose your benefits. Your friends' deposits should transfer over.

If you used a travel agent, they would have to handle this for you.

It is very easy to change reservations with Royal Caribbean. Just follow DonnaK's advice and you and your friends will be sharing not only a fun filled cruise but also a cabin too.
