Time to board?

When you receive your final cruise package it states what time you can board. I just looked over past info and did not see the time we were given, but it will be stated somewhere. There is a pecking order according to what Cabin you have booked. Usual embarking is 1 PM and we have been given times of 3 PM being on Deck 4. Not to worry though as they certainly do not turn you away no matter what deck you are on. They just like to stagger the boarding to process you as quickly as possible. All very civilized and late lunch being served in Terrace Cafe until 4ish. Then into your cabin to get ready for the emergency drill. Have fun.

The time when you MUST board is two hours before departure.

The time when you MAY board depends on your cabin category, as stated above. Usually suites can board at 11 and lower cabins at either 1 or 3, but it can vary. And don't think that if you aren't in a suite you can't board earlier than the specified time because often you can. It depends on how many people are trying to check in at once.

If the Terrace Cafe fills up to capacity, they will make later arrivals wait.

We are going on the Marina July 2nd sailing. Just wondering what time we should arrive for boarding? Thanks for your help.

Embarkation Instructions may be found on page 29 of your Blue Booklet.

Procedures vary dependent on the Port involved, and how long the ship has been docked there.
