Bermuda question

Wondering what my transportation options and costs to Horseshoe Bay Beach from the Dockyard might be? Imagine taxi to beach is easy - what about taxi availability for return trip?

How far is beach from Dockyard?

Thanks,

BK

Bus to the beach is simple and cheap, if you take a taxi there will be plenty in the parking lot at Horseshoe Bay to return to the Dockyard. The 3 day bus and ferry pass is $28. If you do take the bus and do not want to walk back up the hill from the beach to the Bus stop, there is a guy with a van that will drive you to the top for a dollar! Well worth the dollar on a hot day!

I think the guy with the van has upped his price to $2. Still the best money I ever spent in Bermuda. That hill doesn't seem so steep on the way down, but at the end of the day, it's murder going back up!

I am told he charges $2 for the trip up the hill and a buck when going down.
