Quuick answer is No you cant. You can buy beer vouchers or cocktail vouchers etc but the most you save with them is 12%. In addition these voucher are subject to the 15% service charge.

Can anyone advise me how I book the £14.85 per day drinks package in advance? I'm cruising from the 28th July, I've booked through a TA and have had no contact from MSC.

Through your TA at least 21 days before your departure date. If they won't help, go to the MSC UK website and gotmto the onboard services section, then book your services, then click on beverages package. You'll need your MSC booking number which your TA should have given you.
