mido78 Posted June 29, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 29, 2012 Yes, it always costs $8 / hr, also during day, when the nursery is open to drop off your kid. There are times during the day though, when the nursery is only open for "Open Play", meaning: You can come with you kid and play with the FiherPrice toys, but you have to stay with your kid as there is no one on duty to look after your kid. This open play time is free. Haven't heard of any maximum limit of hours apart from when you book on the first day: Families get a certain amount of hours they can book in advance. After the first day all unused hours are then open for everyone to book, meaning you can book as many as there are left. Hope, that helps
elephant98 Posted June 29, 2012 #3 Share Posted June 29, 2012 We have used the nursery on the Liberty twice and the Allure twice. On the Liberty, they did have some "open play" hours in the nursery during the day. On the Allure, they did not. This was because they have a rather large playroom that is across from the nursery. The playroom has open play most of the day. But, they did do a few activities in the playroom like story time and crayons. We never had any problem getting the hours we wanted in the nursery. It always seemed like they were underbooked. The easy thing to do is ask for the hours on the first day. We set aside 2 to 4 hours each evening with no problem. Probably could have booked more, if we wanted to. But, there was so much to do on the Allure that our toddler could participate in with us that we didn't need any more than that.
