Will light gray suit be alright on formal nights on Alaska cruise ?

I have a light gray suit, will it be ok for formal dinners or do I need

 

to buy a dark suit ? We will be on northbound Alaska cruise in June

 

on the Ryndam.

 

 

Hope not to get thrown overboard for not being in a dark suit.

You're asking a tough question.

 

No you won't be thrown overboard if you wear a light grey suit. However, a dark suit will be more appropriate.

 

It's your choice.
