Has any one used city forex delivery to fred olsen cruise ships?

If so how did you rate it, were there any hidden extras?

Thinking of using this facility on Black watch in 5 weeks

Hi, We have just arrived back from a FO cruise to Spitsbergen and we bought our Krone from CityForex which we collected onboard. There were no hidden charges. Also we had some left over and we exchanged back to sterling (onboard) at the same rate.

It was the first time we had used this service and would definately use again.

thanks. I had decided I would use City Forex and your information has set my mind at rest. The rate seems pretty good compared with our local places.hope you enjoyed Spitsbergan, i went in 2009 and loved it. might go again next year with my daughter.

Glad to hear that the system works. I have been seriously considering using it on my next cruise.

We used it on Balmoral for our Baltic cruise last September, and it worked very well. I just wish P&O did the same thing, as it makes life so much easier, and you get a far better exchange rate.
