prebook your excursion before you leave?

was wondering if we should book the excursion with carnival cruise (liberty) before we sail in aug. i was afraid that the popular one like the stingray city would be sold out ??? on the web site says limited or should we wait unitl we get on the ship to purchase the excursion,

we have party of 15 that wants to go to stingray

also do the price ever go down (web price vs ship price)?

I have done both. If it is a sure thing, I book before we board. Most of the time we book through an independant company. Much cheaper that way.

I would be inclined to contact an independent excursion provider, I am sure that you will get a better price.

I suggest that you read post #3 in this thread before commiting 15 people.
