BuckeyePrincess Posted July 5, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2012 We are sailing in Aug on DCL. The problem I am having is that we have a 3.5 year old and a 20 month old but we want to do something more than just a day at the beach or just bus touring the area. Our preschooler can snorkel and our 20 month old can swim a bit on his own. Any recommendations for independent excursions or tours that do not have an age limit? Perhaps a snorkle tour where my husband and I could take turns snorkling with our oldest while the other hangs on the boat or just swims with the youngest? Or perhaps a more adventurous outing on the island that involves some climbing, hiking, etc?

Candycruiser3 Posted July 12, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2012 Try the Golden Eagle catamaran trip. There was a couple with a baby on the boat when I went on. You go to a nice beach to swim and snorkel. Drinks and sandwich's are included as well as snorkel equipment. If there is an age restriction on the tour you can always ask the shore excursion manager on your ship to check and see if the tour company will make an exception. My brother has done it before and the tour company said it was not a problem. Hope this helps.:)
