Simplest Answer: Yes!

(Additional explanations that are always asked about:

The brochures all refer to "limitations" about bringing spirits on board. These are only there in case anyone cares to be an absolute Lout about it! Using simple caution, and being moderate in all things will be very appreciated by all!!

You can also take beer and spirits onboard. I bought some Scotch in a speciality shop and the unsealed bag, complete with logo and name that left no doubt as to its contents (just in case they didn't see the actual bottle), sailed through the scanner.

 

But as a previous poster said, be reasonable.

They have a corkscrew in the room, so you don't need to bring one. Your room steward can bring you glasses or you can go to a bar and ask for wine glasses and they will give them to you with a smile.
