Aldoscott Posted July 14, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 14, 2012 Hi. Having cruised with celebrity we have accumulated quite a few captains club points that are honoured on RCI. My wife has been on a few RCI cruises with her parents when she was younger. My question is can she claim these points and if so how can we find out the dates of her previous cruises. We know the year and the ship but don't know the exact cruise date. Help!!!!!

Regarding the Captain's Club points, they are not directly transferable to Royal. Royal will give you reciprocal recognition for your level in Captain's Club. Select becomes Platinum on Royal. Elite becomes Diamond. You should also call C&A and get this set up because it can save you money with balcony discounts on Royal.
Aldoscott Posted July 14, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted July 14, 2012 Thanks. Do you know if the same works in reverse. Do you get the benefit of C & A points on X.

Like clarea said points not transferable' However you will get a equal Level. Example if you have 10 credits on "X" and only 7 points on RCCL you will be Elite on "X" & Diamond on RCCL. However if you have 9 credits and "X" and 79 Points on RCCL you would need 1 more credit/point on either line to attain that level. Both programs are seperate. That C&A number I posted won't work for you. You might have to find the C&A phone number for your location on Royal's website.
TEXASMUNK Posted July 14, 2012 #6 Share Posted July 14, 2012 bring as much info as possible to the conversation...embarkation port, ports of call. Name of Captain, name of CD...anything to help give validity to your request.
