sunshine002 Posted July 15, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 15, 2012 I have been to Saint John about 8 times over the years. I have been to most of the sites in the local area. I have also done tours to St Martins, St Andrews, and Fundy National Park. I will be visiting again this August and am toying with hopping the local bus route #1or 2 to the local mail and or Costco. My thought is to see some of the area out of the downtown as well as purchase local products. I find that there are different items in different locations even for major chains. How long should it take the bus to get there, it looks like it only 4 or 5 miles. Also do I need to pay for the bus with Canadian money and should I have exact change? csjbayoffundy Posted July 19, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 19, 2012 Wow, 8 times, I'm really impressed. I'd love to see you go to our facebook page "cruise saint john" and leave a note . Tell us about your visits ... The bus driver will accept American change .. You may not have heard but there is a brand new tour .. the Bay of Fundy Scenic Railway . It is really cool, the train stops right over the Reversing Falls Rapids . I thoroughly enjoyed it. :)
