Portland Head Lighthouse

Does anyone know if Enchantment of the Seas sails past Portland head lighthouse, or do you need to take an excursion to see it? We have a painting of it & I thought it would be nice to have our picture taken with the lighthouse in the background.

Junebug, it has been many years since we had the pleasure of being stationed in Portland. However, when we were, we lived at the next lighthouse down the shore. If our memory serves us correctly, Your cruise ship would have to sail past the Headlight en route to dock in Portland.

 

We are sailing the Brilliance to Canada and have planned on seeing the "Old neighborhood" also!

 

Maybe someone with more recent memory can give us both a positive answer!

I can't say for sure, but we sailed past it on they way out last fall.
