staying in hastings

hi

 

we are staying in Hastings, for 3 days. We are looking to travel into Bridgetown one day and maybe do the mount gay rum tour, and possible the Agapey chocolate tour.

 

Can any recommend how to get into Bridgetown and the costs?

 

Also is there anything to do, good restaurants in hasting? And any where that will offer free wi-fi in town? Also is there any good supermarkets to pick up bits and bobs for apartment?

take one of the white minivan/buses its 1.00 pp/each way.

Hastings is about a mile or so west of St. Lawrence Gap (also known as "the Gap"). There are a bunch of nice restaurants there.

 

If you're in Barbados on a Friday night, take a bus east to Oistins for the Friday Night Fish Fry. Awesome food, fun, dancing - basically a big outdoor party (great for kids too). Definitely worth checking out.
