Past Guest Pricing Question

I have a quick question, i am booking the Ecstasy Cruise out of Port Canaveral for October 8, 2012. When i book the balcony it lets me have the past guest rate but when i tried to book a suite it only shows me the fun saver rate. Are past guest rates not applied to suites also?? It was only a $40.00 price difference before i saw the lower past guest price of the balcony so i didnt think it would be a big difference but with the discount its almost $300.00 more, just curious if its a glitch on the computer or if they dont discount suites for past guests. Any insight would be much appreciated!!
