Champagne sunset harbor cruise (St. Thomas)

Has anyone ever taken this excursion? RCCL site says 5:00 - 7:00 pm and the ship leaves at 7:00 pm. Why would they have a ship-sponsored excursion that cuts it so close? We are celebrating our anniversary that day and we thought this excursion and then dinner at Portifino would be a nice combination. I have searched this forum and the St. Thomas one and found nothing...

I am sure they would adjust the time of the excursion, or cancel it. They won't have you returning, when the ship is departing.
