Carnival web site

Is anyone else having a problem logging on to the Carnival site? I know my info is correct, but it keeps saying my "credentials" are wrong? HUH? Zapped off an email to Carnival, so far, no answer. Thanks for any help!

It's been sketchy for a week or more. Try going in through "manage my cruise" (using your booking #) instead of logging in. Even then it will sometimes not let me select a sale date and I have to start the whole thing all over. Try deleting cookies from your cptr- that might help. But it's not just you. The website is terrible- I spent waaay too long looking for cabin sf last night. I just wanted the sf of a certain cabin.... Takes too long to load, too many pics that are useless, and voila! No cabin size (plus deck plans wouldn't show on my iPad, but I'm used to this thing by now). Went to Ex pe dia and got the sf in two seconds.

Thank you both for your quick reply..Going in thru manage my booking did the trick...all I wanted to do was work on my cruise docs....frustrating this early in the morning. Thnaks Again!!!:D
