A Captain's Club Question

I feel bad about asking this, but here goes. I've been thinking about treating my daughter and son in law to a cruise on the Century next year. They have never been on Celebrity, and don't go on cruises very often. My question is if I'm the one who pays for the 2 cabins would I get Captain's Club credits for both cabins or just the one I am in. I've asked my daughter and she has no interest in joining the Captain's Club so I would like to get credit for both. I feel like I'm being selfish, but I also think someone ought to get credit for the cabin.

I don't know but I'll bet it's like the airlines. I frequently buy airline tickets for people as gifts but I can't get frequent flyer miles on my acct unless I fly. I did buy a cruise as a Xmas present a few years ago and I didn't get credit for it, but it wasn't Celebrity.

Tuggers - That't pretty much what I thought, but I was hoping it wasn't the way it worked. I'm close to moving to the next level on Captain's Club so I guess I was getting greedy. I did send an email to the Captain's Club asking them, but don't really even expect an answer. Every time I contact those guys, no matter what my question is I end up getting a new Captain's Club card in the mail!

I've heard about the new card genie. Too bad we couldn't change that to the upgrade fairy, you know, every time you call up with a question the upgrade fairy finds your next booked cruise and moves you up either to a balcony or a suite! Now that's a glitch in the system I could get behind!!!LOL!!!
