bns01 Posted July 27, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 27, 2012 Just wondering roughly how much massages are on a P&O cruise? And has anyone had one on board? I am going on Pacific Pearl in October and am dying to have a massage although I've heard mixed reviews on them and was wondering if theyre worth getting?
Debsta Posted July 28, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 28, 2012 They're always worth getting :D Expect to pay upwards of $150 but they do have daily specials. Keep an eye out in the Pacific Daily each evening when it's delivered to your cabin.
cjm66 Posted July 28, 2012 #3 Share Posted July 28, 2012 The quality does vary depending on the operator. I suggest you try one of the advertised "three in one" style pacakges from the Pacific Daily - you need to ring early to get your preferred time for these. They can be under $150 for 3 x 20 min services - scalp, neck and shoulders, feet and legs, mini facial etc. You choose the three you want. Look through the savings book you will get in your stateroom - it often includes a voucher for a discount at the spa - no biggie but worth it. Be prepared for the upsell at the end of your session - it always happens but is not pushed if you respond firmly. Enjoy - it is one of my regular indulgences on a cruise. (and at home I must confess!)
