Recommended excursions with kids - 6 & 8

What would you recommend for 6 & 8 year old girls?

 

 

 

We will be sailing the Carnival Dream in Jan 2013 (Cozumel, Belize, Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan, Costa Maya) and have no clue where to start when it comes to excursions!

We took our boys to Lamanai, they were 6.5 and 4 yrs at the time. It is a long trip, search this forum for some great descriptions, but it is an amazing experience. The boat ride to and from the ruins is an excursion in and of itself! However, my boys are history buffs and love the chance to interact (err, climb) with history so it worked well for us.

Some people will tell you this excursion isn't for children, but we had a great time.

We loved the Zoo. Very different from Zoo's in the US.
