Summit Cruise November 3

Can't wait to cruise the carribean from PR visiting, Barbados, St. Lucia, St. Johns, St. Maartin, St. Thomas. Although I have been to St. Thomas and St. John.. it has been a while and I had flown not cruised. Can anyone tell me what snorkeling sites are the best to see the colorful coral reefs? Some of the best ones I have seen was at St. John and Jamaica Montego Bay. So many of the pictures and videos I have seen has shown dead coral. Thanks and let me know if anyone else is cruising this trip. Thanks :)
