Deck plan ?...VOS

The deck plan of the VOS shows an area I am unable to identify! On deck 8, just forward of OS 8000, there is an area that is outlined. Is it balcony for OS 8000 or some off limits (work) area? If it is not balcony, would you be concerned about noise from this area? Also would you be concerned about the location being under the WJ?

On vision that area is the either the captains quarters or part of the bridge.

Has to be Vision, no OS's on deck 8 Voyager. That space has been used to create another stateroom on Splendour and Rhapsody. I don't know what it was used for before it was a stateroom.
