My husband has Parkinson's and I would order a wheelchair for assistance if the ramps were uphill or long. Other than that, he would just be walking slow. Thanks so much for your help. Although I don't have Parkinson's, I too need assistance upon embarkation and disembarkation. Have your TA ask for a wheelchair for the walk to the ship after checkin at the embarkation desk. The ramp at embarkation does not have deep steps, and can be taken, without too much difficulty, at least in my case. Don't forget to ask for wheelchair assistance upon disembarkation.
