On the M-Class ships the saunas are not in the Persian Gardens. They are in the dressing rooms. The "Steam Room" or Turkish Baths are in the Persian Garden on the M-Class. And as SFCAcruiser said - on S-Class ships the Sauna is in the dressing room and is free to all passangers. The Steam Rooms are not in the dressing rooms.
