Afternoon activities in St Thomas

I have a question wich I hope is not terriably common:

 

We are going to rent a vehicle in St THomas and head to the beach. We will probably leave the beach at about 1 or 2 pm and wil have till about 6 or 7 pm to get back to the boat.

 

I'm wondering if anyone has any recomendations of activities that would be good later in the day? I imagine the zipline and all that would be full later on. Most eveything else I have read about is a beach day or shopping.

 

If you were not at the merci of transportation, what would ou do after the beach?

Visit Magic Ice Gallery

Go to a local restaurant for lunch

Go to Butterfly Garden and watch the bird show

Visit another beach
