mflavell Posted May 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2005 Hello, I'm thinking of taking a South American cruise next year, probably on the Infinity as this is our favourite ship. What is the best time to go out of January - March? Cheers.
Aussie Gal Posted May 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 18, 2005 We live in the Southern Hemisphere so are used to the seasons at that time of year. December, January and February are the warmest months. As we wanted to go as far south as possible and close to the Antarctic we are going in early January as that is when it is true summer down south. If you are just interested in going round the horn then I would suggest Jan/Feb. I think March would be starting to get too cold as it is really the start of autumn then.
