Kids & Teens Pedi Party Question

I have a friend who is cruising on the Magic next year and she has twin 10 yr old daughters who are dying to go to the spa. I saw this in the Fun Times when I was looking for myself and thought of her girls. Does anyone know if this is open to girls of all ages or is it only 12 and older?

When we were on the Liberty this past January my 4 year old granddaughter attended an ice cream spa party and loved it. They did manicures, pedicures, and hand massages plus had an ice cream treat. She loved it!

It's open for the younger ones too. I think it started at age 2 if I remember correctly. My Daughter (Age 9), just had it done during the day, but had one of the kids packages.
