Anyone stayed here lately? We stayed last year and thought it was okay.

Now I read on trip advisor about people's cars being broken into in their parking lot...has the area gone down hill or was this just an isolated incident? I got this on priceline for 1 night after our cruise and wonder if I should book somewhere else.

People break into cars in all neighborhoods in South FL, even the nicest. It's never happened to me and I've lived here for 25 yrs, so it probably won't happen to you. The neighborhood by the hotel has not gotten notably worse since last year.

thank you for your reply - I realize break ins and theft do happen all over the world - just made me feel a little uncomfortable!
