Fl cruiser 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 3, 2012 Can anyone tell me if this is a good location or not? Is the bed closer to the balcony or the bathroom.
Rare Familygoboston Posted September 3, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 3, 2012 It's on the left side of a connecting pair the bed will be by the closet and bath. As to whether its a good location, all depends on what you want. It's close to the elevators, so for those looking to shorten their walk, it's great. Also we stayed on 10 and found it very central vertically to both the BW, CP and pool decks ( no more than 3 or 4 decks in any direction up or down) but then we like to do the stairs. People who don't often like deck 7 or 8 which is closer vertically to CP, BW and Royal Promenade deck. Some people prefer the cabins nearer the aft elevators to be closer to the BW, CP, and sports decks horizontally, but there arent too many " bad " cabins on these ships, just a matter of where you expect to spend your time and how much you like to walk:D
mkmom514 Posted September 4, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 4, 2012 We stayed in 10580 on the Aug. 25 sailing. We liked the location fine but we didn't have anything to compare it to. We liked being near the elevator and stairs, but it is more of a walk to Windjammer and Main Dining Room. On the other hand, neither of us gained any weight because we walked it all off going back and forth! And, no problem with feeling movement either. Also, it has staterooms above and below so no noise to worry about.
