Excursion that includes buffet

We have booked an excursion that includes drinks and a buffet while in Cozumel. I'm a little concerned about the safety of the food. Has anyone had problems with getting ill after eating? I do know to only drink bottled water :-)

We've been going to Cozumel for ages and have never been sick from anything we ate or drank. :)

 

Last year in Cozumel, our excursion to Pasion Island included a buffet which was rather good and no one was sick from having eaten it.

No, we have never gotten sick from food or drink anywhere in Mexico (Coz or the mainland) and we eat off of street carts, restaurants in the middle of nowhere, etc. The only thing we don't do is drink the water out of a tap. We've been there over 12 times and no problems at all.

Same here, it was all you can eat at Mr. Sancho's. We ate quite a bit, lol...no one got sick. :)

You can not go wrong if you go to Mr. Sanchos!!!

We ate and drank and ate and drank and drank.

 

When you get your wristband they will ask you are you ready to get drunk.
