ABode is in the centre. I have not stayed there but have eaten in the restaurant. It is very well situated for all the main sights.

The Falstaff is a 15th century coaching inn close to the centre. I stayed there a long time ago and remember it was pleasant.

The travelodge is good,

relatively new, in an old building, has parking.

Handy for the center and not far from a jdwetherspoon.

We used for a Dover precruise last year(£15 deal) and would consider it again.

looks like parking is now £5pn robbing B****

Still consider it but would look elsewhere as well.

We stayed at the Ebury Hotel which is a lovely old English home....We really enjoyed our stay there. It was within walking distance of the city center and included breakfast with our room. We also ate dinner there and we were pleased with the food. We took the train from London to Canterbury and then a taxi to the Ebury. Once we were at the Ebury we were able to walk everywhere. We took a taxi to Dover on the day of the cruise.

Took one of the new "Stable Rooms"...

Very nice...

Also great staff, great breakfast...

Just outside the West Gate...VERY easy and short walk to everything worth seeing in Canterbury.

I would stay here again any time...
