stephanie13rown Posted September 22, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2012 Okay...I know it's a long shot, but I'm trying to piece together memories of my first cruise to Cozumel in January of 2011. We hired a taxi who took us all over the island--we saw some ruins, saw some famous beach bars (Señor Frog's, maybe?), explored these incredible rock bridge things right on the ocean, visited a funny little "village" with donkey rides and an old church, and ended the day at a resort--the driver worked out a deal so we got in for free, paid for lunch, and would've paid $10 per person to snorkel had we chosen to do so. I don't remember the names of ANY of these places, but I do have pictures! I am REALLY interested in tracking down the name of the resort we visited. The lunch was incredible and it was so beautiful! I'm posting pics below. If you recognize anything, anything at all, please let me know! Photo #1 is the rock bridge thing Photo #2 & 3 were taken at the resort...sorry, not a lot to go on, I know! I can give you more details about the resort if you have a lead. Photo #4 and 5 were taken at the "village" with the donkey
KroozFoolz Posted September 22, 2012 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2012 #1 is El Mirador on the east (wild) side of Cozumel. It is between Playa Bonita and Rasta's beach bars. http://thisiscozumel.com/content/view/533/43/
