silver moon tours?

i have tried sending my bank details to silver moon so they can take my deposit out for wife and i ,for the silver moon cruise.i cannot fax them with the number that they gave me.anyone had similar experiences when they have tried to book a tour with them,thanks,leslie and tina.:confused:

I didn't have any problems. Did you try calling or e-mailing them about the problem? Everyone I dealt with within the company was wonderful, so I'd say call them. Good luck!

silly me ,ive forgot to put the 1 before the area code,silver moon emailed me and pointed out what id did wrong,very quick of them,but sorted now anyway,thanks for trying to help me,regards leslie and tina:)
