SkiCruiser Posted September 26, 2012 #1 Share Posted September 26, 2012 It's been awhile since we cruised on RCCL! I am trying find out whether they charge you at the time you make a reservation for an excursion or do they add it to your ship board account! I do know that Carnival charges your credit card when you make your excursion reservation. Thanks for your help!

Ren1216 Posted September 26, 2012 #3 Share Posted September 26, 2012 Just agreeing with Janet..... excursions are never charged to your on board account, you pay for them right when you make the reservation (using a credit card). Then once on board, you will receive the excursion tickets in your cabin. Have a great cruise!
foxgoodrich Posted September 26, 2012 #4 Share Posted September 26, 2012 Only excursions you reserve AFTER you board are charged to your seapass account. (There's an Excursion Desk on the ship where you can book exursions.) Judy

However sometimes the excursion you want may be booked by then. ;)
lady_cruiser Posted September 26, 2012 #6 Share Posted September 26, 2012 I am one who prefers to book ahead of time and have it charged to my credit card. One less charge on my seapass card and if it is a popular cruise I do not want to take a chance the excursion I am interested in will be sold out.
