I was on the Sky last year and there is hot tub at the front of the ship, I believe on deck 12. If I remember, it's in the quiet zone. Very shallow and nice to sit in an relax, though there were some kiddos playing around in it during our sailing.

 

Enjoy the Sky! It was my first NCL cruise and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
